President (Owner)
Nicholas B Temple, Jr (Brig)
Brig has been President of the Columbia Basin Railroad Co., Inc. since its inception in 1996 and is also the President of Central Washington Railroad. Prior to forming the CBRW, Brig was a part-owner operator of the Washington Central Railroad Co., Inc., which was founded in 1986.
General Manager
Tim Marshall
Tim has experience working for CBRW, Washington Central Railroad, Central Washington Railroad, Norfolk Southern, and Weyerhaeuser. Tim has been with CBRW since 1986.
Assistant General Manager
Steve Catron
Steve has been of service in the Yakima Valley since 1990. He started with the Washington Central Railroad in August 1990 and worked as an Engineer/Conductor TSR until 1996. He worked for BNSF from 1996 until 2005 when the Central Washington Railroad was established.
Controller
Todd Leinbach, CPA
Todd has been with the Columbia Basin & Central Washington railroads since 1995. Prior to working with the railroads, he was employed in public accounting with Moss Adams, a regional public accounting firm.
Customer Service / Marketing - Manager
Beth Mortensen
Beth has been with the Washington Central / Columbia Basin Railroad since 1989. Prior to joining the railroads, Beth worked in customer service for the airline industry. She brings years of customer service experience and extensive knowledge of the railroads to the organization.
Track Foreman
Rolando Arizpe
Rolando has been with the Washington Central / Columbia Basin Railroad since 1989. He is the lead for all maintenance of way activity as well as new track construction. Rolando is based out of our operations in Warden, WA.
