Iron Horse Development

Iron Horse Development, LLC is an integral division of the Railroads that provides railroad property management services for Columbia Basin Railroad and Central Washington Railroad, collectively managing over 166 miles of track right of way throughout Washington State.

The Railroad Property Management department can assist potential rail customers in a variety of ways including site selection, leasing property, licensing for utilities and private crossings, track agreements and building leases.
